Can I Talk to the Appraiser About my Appraisal?

This depends on who the “client” is.  If the client is a bank or lender, any questions or concerns about the value must be directed to the lender based on current State and Federal laws.  If the “client” is an individual and the appraisal is not for loan purposes, then the appraiser will be more than happy to discuss the appraisal process, comparable selection, reasoning, etc.
